We want you to be proud of every Raised Proud purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’ll help make it right.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
- In original condition with tags still attached
- Returned in the original packaging (if possible)
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times:
- Orders cannot be changed or modified once placed
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added
- Order cancellations are not permitted once submitted
- We are unable to make address changes after checkout

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and do our best to make it right.
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned outside of our 30-day window
Due to differences in lighting, photography, and screen resolution, the exact color or pattern of merchandise may vary. These variations do not qualify as defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
