Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods / Delivery Times / Rates: We currently offer 2 shipping options based on your order total. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address:
- Economy Shipping (orders under $50): 4-8 business days / $5.95 flat rate
- Economy Shipping (orders of $50 and over): 4-8 business days / Free shipping
International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the provided link.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Raised Proud is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the care of the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Errors: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been processed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
